SAN DIEGO, California, October 2, 2019: Heinz Field Fans can now enjoy the game experience without worrying about their beverages spilling right in front of them. Branded Seats® just completed replacing 60,000 cupholders at this iconic venue. Over the past 15 years at Heinz Field, fans have had challenges with cupholders that were too small, angled downward and had an open front that would allow beverages to spill. In addition, the cupholders were faded and had sponsorship stickers peeling off from power washing and weather elements over the years.

Branded Seats® was able to provide a solution just in time for the start of the 2019 season. This change out provided a new, refreshed look for Heinz Field while incorporating the following features:

  • Adjustable tilt to hold the cupholder / beverage more vertical

  • Larger size to hold souvenir cups (ie: Mason jar pictured)

  • Two branding opportunities: SnapGraphic insert + Heinz Field dimensional logo

  • Updatable SnapGraphic advertising insert without using UGLY STICKERS

Heinz Field used the PRIDE in Yourself, PRIDE in the GAME campaign on their cupholders throughout the stadium. Anytime during the season, this messaging can be interchanged or updated easily without the use of ugly stickers.
